As Managing Principal of MOJO Capital, Jim is responsible for shaping investment strategies and providing strategic direction. He works closely with portfolio company management teams, utilizing his skills to foster innovation, operational excellence, and business expansion.

Jim spends his free time staying busy with Lauren and kids, cooking, traveling, golfing and pretending to CrossFit.
