Experience

Lauren has spent her career focusing on being the change she wants to see in the world. This passion started as an educator and school counselor for 13 years. She currently plays an active role as a third-generation family owner at Great Lakes Cheese, serving as Manager of Customer Quality. Lauren also sits on the board of the Epprecht Family Foundation and Geauga Leadership.

 

As Managing Principal of MOJO Capital, Lauren is responsible for driving core values and strategic direction. She works closely with portfolio company management teams, nurturing positive change by enhancing quality, customer relationships, and culture

Education

Lauren holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from John Carroll University. She also earned a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University and a Financial Management Certificate from the University of Chicago.

Personal 

Lauren is actively involved in the Geauga County community and can often be found supporting local events. She enjoys staying active with her husband and children, as well as traveling and baking.
